Alyssa is a local illustrator who creates bright, playful, and imaginative images for children’s picture books.

She was in need of photos to use for her website, social media, and publicity needs. Besides inviting her audience into her home studio and showing where she works, she wanted to also show how she creates her illustrations.

Through portraits, images of her painting in her studio, and detail shots of her workspace, these photos convey who Alyssa is as a person and an illustrator: cheerful, whimsical, inspiring, and curious.
